This is my first year as freelancer blogger, I am not making any money yet, so , I have a little time per day to setup my business blog, to be
honest I set up two in the same time targetusiness.tk and this one,
because I went for something special mum routine and life around.
I manage them twice per week, even I still home keeper, as my husbanded is
demanded one, with four kids aged six year and under, I am the home
shopper too, I should et out twice per week to get things done for home,
as my husband is a full time worker.
For that reason, I built self system, to run the day easily, basic tasks
comes in the morning, still my evening for creativity and fun, as like
writing.
Even my major key is,Productivity,
I love the idea of being organized. The reality…not so much. That’s
probably why I’m such an easy target for these grand statements about
time-saving.I love see what people are doing about this topic, the last
tools and every thing else.
So, despite my natural disorganized tendencies, I really do have to be
organized. If ou read my post about best tool that I using, ou will know
how much I’m focusing on time saving tool auto pilot and scheduling
tools.
I publish this tips and tricks with you all. After squealing with
delight and excitement (and, not going to lie, being a little
star-struck), to share with you what to to up my productivity.
Feature 1: Linking to my Google Calendar
I think this may be my favorite freelance experience , is about the
height of my multitasking skills, so I’ve started blocking out time in
my calendar, to allow me to focus on one task at a time. Before I
ignored how to use it in m work, I still not believe it.
The ability to sync my Google Calendar with m every day routine has been
a real game-changer. Not only can I now sync my deadlines so I have a
clear idea on how I’m progressing, but it’s also an important planning
and decision-making tool for me. I can’t be the only translator out
there who says to themselves when contacted about a new project, This
gives me a much more reliable picture of my capacity. Every thing is listed from my moorning routine, shopping list, homeschooling time and my writing time the evening
Maybe, you might try one of my best routine product
Feature 2: Meditation
One I set up My blogs, I still unable to publish a little word, nothing ,
at far sight, I have to finish my second book, while the third was
waiting, I have to create free guide and a lot of long form articles, but
where to find all that, inside of me , I was empty from an sense.
One morning,By accident, I found a meditation video for wealth, I ignored
any thing about the existence of those media, I did some search, finally
I found it, a writer free mind meditation, to be true it worked with
me
Since,
My own productivity increased significantly…and my stress levels
plummeted!
To get free mind, and boost our productivity level, start meditation,
will change everyone life.
Feature 3: Storing reference material
Like most freelancer I know, I’m a sucker for reference material.
Background research, terminology sites, podcasts, MOOC courses and
previous versions of the translation form the basic, Draft list for me.
I feel that this extra grounding in the topic speeds up the process as
I’m not starting the research when I’m in the middle of writing.
You know what doesn't speed it up though? Trying to find all this
carefully researched material. Until recently it’s variously been
bookmarked on my browser, saved in various files, printed off and kept
in a “safe” place….you know the drill. For the past few months, though,
but eventually , now i upload ever thing online share it on my Google
calender helped me stay focused and organized.
I upload from either Google Drive or Dropbox or OneDrive too and it’s
been so handy having them all in one place. Extra productivity points
for clearing them off my own system once I’ve uploaded them!
At the end,
I could end this blog post by hoping you find your relaxing point,
graceful for all this extra time I’ve created for myself by being so
productive. we all find extra tasks to fill our time! let’s said
blogging opened my eyes focus on my productivity has given me
considerable peace of mind on three issues that concern most great
freelancers I know: availability, expenses and ensuring quality.
What is your productivity routine?
